The terms of this agreement (“Terms of Use”) govern the relationship between you and “FourSevenSeven” (hereinafter “FourSevenSeven”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”) regarding your use of “FourSevenSeven” games, websites and related services such as game codes, user accounts, customer support, social media, wikis (hereinafter the “Service”). Use of the Service is also governed by “FourSevenSeven” Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Before accessing or using the Service, including browsing any “FourSevenSeven” website or accessing a game, you must agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. By installing, using or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to make changes to the Services, posted policies and these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Therefore, please review these Terms of Use from time to time so that you are aware when any changes are made.
Please read these Terms carefully before you agree. These Terms of Use are a legally binding contract between you and FourSevenSeven (registered in Russian Federation, with company number TIN 470420278526).
By agreeing these Terms, you confirm the following:
AGE RESTRICTIONS. You are at least 13 years old. Our Services are not intended for and may not be used by people under the age of 13. This might be older depending on the required minimum age rating of the game. If you’re under the age required, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use FourSevenSeven Service. If you’re a parent or legal guardian, and you allow your child to use the Service, then you’re responsible for your child’s activity on the Service.
ACCESS TO THE SERVICE. You are given a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable licence to use the FourSevenSeven Services on authorised devices/platforms. You are responsible for keeping your user account safe. You may never allow anyone else to use your account (except your parents or legal guardian).
USING OF THE SERVICE. You must not use the Service for any commercial, political or religious purposes. You must not share any kind of advertisement, promotion, or spam through the Service.
COMMUNICATION. While communicating with other players, community members or employees of FourSevenSeven, you may not use language that could be offensive or vulgar to others. Racist, sexist, discriminatory, abusive, obscene or disruptive language and/or content are unacceptable. You must not threaten or harass others.
CHEATING. You must not create, use, make available and/or distribute any cheats, scripts or mods that can affect the FourSevenSeven Service in any way. You must not achieve advantage from any possible bugs. You must not use signs or any other ways to make your nickname invisible which can be considered as cheating.
PAYMENTS. You are responsible for keeping your payment data secure. All payments for FourSevenSeven are final and not refundable or exchangeable, except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to close any account with unauthorized charges.
Violating any of these Terms of Use will result in account temporary or permanent restrictions. We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time without notice.
